Aug 30,2011 : " This is to attest that the SLDB provides the best customer service that I have experienced from any Financial Institution. During the period of time that I was exploring the possibility of securing financing to build my first home, I was faced with several hindrances from the other Commercial banks as their requirements were literally impossible to meet.
The SLDB basically made my dreams come true with the excellent customer service; one hundred per cent financing and excellent follow up with me as a customer. They listened and understood what my situation was and did all in their power to accommodate me. I felt like at home with the staff from this bank because they were genuinely interested in seeing that I got my home built as a young person and newly married at that.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the SLDB to anyone and as a matter of fact, I have recommended it to my sister and quite a few others. I even provided the names of the loans officers with whom I dealt as they were extremely professional in the execution of their duties.
I just want to express my sincere gratitude to the management and staff of the Saint Lucia Development Bank for making it possible to build my home during some of the hardest financial times in our country’s history when all other banks made it difficult. "
