The Youth Enterprise Equity Fund (YEEF) is a seed/early-stage venture capital fund promoted by the Saint Lucia Development Bank with the purpose of providing equity financing for companies promoted by St. Lucian entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 - 35.

The Youth Entreprise Equity Fund has partnered with several agencies throughout St. Lucia who can aid you with obtaining the training to see your venture successful.

Saint Lucia Development Bank (SLDB) is a statutory Corporation whose mandate is to support entrepreneurship, economic and social development through business consulting services, technical assistance, and the provision of funding through loans, equity financing and other forms of assistance. SLDB will be an investor in and Fund Manager of the Youth Enterprise Equity Fund. The SLDB will appraise investments, monitor, maintain and generate all relevant reports for investors and other parties.

Office of Private Sector Relations (OPSR) is a unit of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Consumer Affairs and serves as the link between the Government of St. Lucia and the Private Sector. The OPSR will provide business training, pre-screening and aid in the structuring of a mentorship programme for the YEEF.

National Skills Development Centre (NSDC) is a statutory body focused on instilling the necessary attitudes, skills and knowledge into individuals for career success in this new era of work. The organisation's services include a Learning Resource Section, Computer Labs for IT Training, Career Counselling, Soft Skills and Technical Vocational Skills Training, Job Training and Placement.

Small Enterprise Development Unit (SEDU) was established with the mandate to facilitate the systainable development of the micro and small business sector. SEDU provides guidance and technical assistance to existing and prospective entrepreneurs.

Centre for Adolescent Renewal and Education (CARE) is a community-based, indigenous, voluntary organisation established to help disadvantaged and marginalised youth take control of their lives. CARE aims to foster positive attitudes in young people towards themselves, others, work and work-related situations, empowering them for more wholesome, independent living.
