The Saint Lucia Development Bank (SLDB) is pleased to advance its Housing Finance Programme, supported by the recently signed USD 20 million (approximately XCD 54 million) facility with the Export-Import Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan). This facility provides a strong foundation for expanding housing opportunities in Saint Lucia.
As the first phase of this programme, SLDB is beginning engagement with customers and prospective homeowners to better understand their housing aspirations and financing needs. Individuals interested in purchasing, constructing, renovating or improving a home are invited to start the conversation with SLDB. Our lending officers are available to discuss financing options, assess individual requirements, and guide applicants through the process.
